Lime light Ads- This is where you are able to pay an additional fee and have your property listing have a front page appearance for a period of time capturing the eyes of all newcomers to the site immediately(Please check your agent or landlord portal on the membership page for more information)
Posting and responding to ads through UCFHTL site
All ads posted on the UCFHTL site MUST be for residential lets only and must be UCFHTL compliant and compliant with all appropriate legislation. You need to register and become a member with us in order to create and post an ad (also known as a “listing”) on the UCFHTL site. When you become a member it enables you to post unlimited UCFHTL Compliance ad/listing for rooms and/or properties to rent
By posting an ad on the UCFHTL site you are representing and warranting (which is a legal promise) to us that:

You are solely responsible for the content of your ads you post on the UCFHTL site, including any errors, omissions or inaccuracies contained in such ads. UCFHTL accept no liability to you or any other person for the content of any ads posted on our site. We suggest that you check the content of your ad immediately after posting it to the Platform to ensure you are happy with it. You have the option edit or remove /pause any ads you have posted on the site at any time by logging into your account.
Once your ads has been posted on the UCFHTL site, only registered users who have paid for an access pack will be able to respond to the ads.
Universal Credit For Homes To Let (UCFHTL) reserve the right to refuse to list or deactivate any ads or edit any User Generated Content we deem, in our reasonable discretion, to be in violation of these Terms or which we are instructed to refuse to list or deactivate by any court or law enforcement or regulatory authority. UCFCHTL Reward Money Builder (URMB)
All parties signed up to URMB agrees to all of UCFHTL terms and conditions & privacy policies. You agree in order to build
your reward and cash out your reward amount you must be an active paid subscriber to the the UCFHTL website you agree of the reward amount being £5 per each successful home seeker housed through the UCFHTL site. You agree that at any time UCFHTL feels fit we may decide to increase or decrease the reward amount. You agree in order to build up and receive your reward funds the tenant must be directly a registered home seeker from the UCFHTL website and had found their home through the UCFHTL website. Be living in the accommodation for a minimum of 7 days and have a signed tenancy agreement. You agree as a landlord or agent to provide relevant proof if requested by UCFHTL team. URMB allows agents 1, 3 or 6 months dependent on your membership package. To build your funds if it has to reach the minimum cash out amount of £10 by the time your membership has ended your current wallet amount will be forfeited to the UCFHTL company. If you are a landlord UCFHTL allow you to build your funds for up to a maximum amount of £300 where you MUST cash out once that amount has been reached and you can build again as long as you are a paying member of the site. If your Landlord account has been inactive for up to one year since your last listing you forfeit all funds left in your wallet to UCFHTL.
Home seekers
By signing up to the UCFHTL site you agree to companies Terms & Conditions & Privacy Policies. You agree to make use of this site in a respectful manner. To register on the Universal Credit For Homes To Let (UCFHTL) site is free . However to view and be able to contact the landlords and agents who have advertised their property listings on the UCFHTL site you agree to choosing a home seeker pack and paying to be able to see all available property listing for the time period chosen by yourself from the home seeker pack which is Pack 1 Silver pack for 1 week access to view available property listings. Pack 2 Bronze pack for 2 weeks access. Pack 3 Gold Pack for 4 weeks access view and contact available properties. You agree to the rates we currently charge you for access to all our available properties may increase or decrease at any time decided by us the Universal Credit For Homes To Let company (UCFHTL).
You agree to only contact advertisers by means of the official “contact advertiser” options available on each ad. For your own security, we advise you must not use any contact details contained within the body of an ad itself or hidden within images.
You can contact other members of the UCFHTL site via our on-site messaging system. However, please be advised we will not reveal any of our members’ contact details or other personal information without the relevant members’ permission. You agree that all registration information you submit to the UCFHTL site will be truthful and accurate and you will maintain the accuracy of this information. Resolution of disputes
All though it is never our hope for any disputes, we understand however complete customer satisfaction is not always hundred percent guaranteed.
